How it works:

• Phone Consultation - These typically don’t take much time. This is a brief review of client needs. Scheduling a follow-up appointment based on the scope of the project will be determined during this call.

• Video Consultation - These are very informative and if video consultations can be done instead of phone that is preferred. When meeting potential clients, putting a face with a name and getting to know who you are during this video consultation is extremely helpful. If clients can be in their space, close to it, that is also preferred. If not, no worries. A link to join the video consultation will be sent to the email entered when scheduling your appointment.

• On-site Consultation - I will come to you and do a walk-through of your project. Communication via phone and email before the on-site consultation will be necessary.

• Virtual/e-design - If you don’t live in the midsouth, no problem, I have done design from a distance and it’s just a click away. The tools we have now enable designers to engage and design with clients that they otherwise may have not gotten the chance to. This is something we can discuss during our consultation if you prefer e-design.
