Home buying/renovation
Being a licensed realtor allows me to help clients find the right home in the perfect location but not always the most perfect interior or layout. Helping clients find that house in the neighborhood they’ve been looking for and then helping them turn that house into their own is what it’s all about. Whether we have a plan prior to making an offer or construct a plan after an offer is accepted, I help during the entire journey. Homeowners are busy with jobs, kids, travel, obligations, etc. I help make it easy so they can still do all the things they need to do and know that their home and project is in good hands, will be completed on time and they don’t have to spend time getting estimates, meeting contractors, and taking time off work to manage it all.
Vacation Rental Design
Designing the interior of a vacation rental (Airbnb/VRBO) is crucial for creating a welcoming and comfortable space that appeals to guests. Some properties just need simple touches while some need demo and space maximization. I’ve done both and know how important it is to get the most out of your investment. I have a specific philosophy for tackling these projects and am always eager to work with clients to create the ultimate vacation getaway for their needs. I have personal vacation rentals myself and am constantly reworking my own spaces as well.
